How do I Sign Up?	Signing up is easy! Go to our Sign Up page and sign up!
How do I login?	Login anywhere you see a username and password area or go to our Login page!
How do I purchase compliments?	Once your have signed up and logged in, click the Purchase link.
How do I give compliments?	Once you have purchased a set of compliments you will receive physical cards in the mail. These cards can be given to anyone you choose (except yourself)! But there are some rules around how often you can give compliments to others. Here are the rules: You cannot give a compliment to yourself A compliment can only be assigned once You can only give a single compliment type to the same user once every 7 days Once a compliment is given electronically (even if you hold the physical card), the user has 7 days to accept it, after that you can "revoke" it Keep in mind we do have fraud algorithms running to detect when someone attempts to break these rules! In the event your account is flagged for fraud, you will forfeit your account and any compliments you have purchased (per the "terms of use" of our site).
How do points work?	You get points by receiving compliments. Only PAID compliments give you points, you gain no points for FREE compliments. Again, only paid compliments will give you points for non-system compliments and basic paid compliments by default are two points. In the future there we will have special promotions that will change the point value of your compliments. There are several system generated compliments ( Frequent Complimenter, Global Traveler and Social Butterfly). These special compliments cannot be purchased, they must be earned by performing tasks. In the case of the Frequent Complimenter, every time you send a compliment (free or purchased). You gain points towards this compliment type.
Why can't I purchase/send some compliment types?	Some compliments do not yet have cards for them yet. But we want you to know about them before we print the cards. Suspense is wonderful eh?!? As we hit various user and revenue targets we will activate the other compliments. Its up to you to spread the word to active the compliments!
How long does it take to get my compliments?	We try our best to process orders on the same day. After that it depends on what shipping method you choose when you placed your order. BUT, you dont have to wait to use your compliments. Once they are assigned to you, you can start to give them right away! Although it is much more fun to give the physical cards!
How do I send free compliments?	You can only send compliments as a registered user of the site! Once you have signed up and confirmed your identity you can start to send free compliments to your friends. Sign in to the site, in the top menu click "My Compliments"->"Sent". Click the Send Free Compliment link on the page.
I received a compliment, what do I do now?	Congratulations! If you got a physical card, you simply login to the site (sign up first of course), then click "My Compliments"->"Received". Click the "Add" button, in the form you need to enter the compliment details (Compliment Type, Sequence and Pin). If the information is correct, your compliment will be put in a "Assigned" state. The assigned state allows you to view the compliment and the sender (if they are not anonymous). You must still choose to "Accept" the compliment before you will gain any points (remember you do not gain any points for FREE compliments).
How do I accept a compliment?	Once you have received a compliment you can choose to accept it. You can view the person's profile (provided they didn't send the compliment anonymous). After you have reviewed their profile you can choose to accept their compliment or "Turn Down" the compliment. You can also choose to accept it anonymously.
What awards can I win?	Awards are given by compliment sponsors. Each compliment type will have a sponsor for a certain period of time. Awards can be given based on a "first to a point amount" or the person with the "most points in a period of time". It is up to the sponsor to determine these. As awards are added, you will be notified of what the awards are!
Why is the Facebook and MySpace Applications private?	We are still working on perfecting the Facebook and MySpace applications. We hope to have them finished by July 9th. The Facebook application may be available as soon as July 4th 2009, but the MySpace Application has issues because of the MySpace APIs.
When will the Blackberry and iPhone applications be available?	Download our Blackberry Application now! Expect to see the downloads of the iPhone Application by the end of July. Watch your email for the latest developments!
Why am I prompted about a certificate on my blackbery?	By default Blackberry devices will download the certificate but will not allow you to trust it without navigating the options menu on the device. Follow these instructions to remove the prompt: Click the Option icon Scroll to and select Security Options Scroll to and select Certificates Scroll to www.justcompliments.com In the menu, select Trust You will no longer be prompted!
